The success of an implementation depends on the clear understanding of the main objectives, challenges, and the particularities that make each client unique and successful. It is also based on the ability to manage the project to maintain it into the scope and the schedule approved. Our Project Managers know how to obtain a buy-in from the key users and as such are able to manage the impact of change in the organization. Change management is probably a close second most critical concern in every project, the first being the selection of the right solution.
